Here&#8217;s how:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Business Profiles:<\/strong>\u00a0Help customers with useful information such as a business description, email or store addresses, and website.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Messaging Tools:<\/strong>\u00a0Save time with smart messaging tools \u2014\u00a0<strong>quick replies<\/strong>\u00a0thatprovide fast answers to frequently asked questions,\u00a0<strong>greeting messages<\/strong>\u00a0that introduce customers to your business, and\u00a0<strong>away messages<\/strong>\u00a0that let them know you&#8217;re busy.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Messaging Statistics:<\/strong>\u00a0Review simple metrics like the number of messages read to see what&#8217;s working.<\/li>\n<li><strong>WhatsApp Web:<\/strong>\u00a0Send and receive messages with WhatsApp Business on your desktop.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Account Type:<\/strong>\u00a0People will know that they&#8217;re talking to a business because you will be listed as a Business Account.
