Apple aren’t a company to be outpaced by their competition; so when they heard that the new Samsung Galaxy Note 7 came with an exploding feature they knew something had to be done.
According to a post on Reddit, one unlucky user received their brand new iPhone 7 is a less than pristine state.
A post on Reddit by a user known as kroopthesnoop, from Texas, included pictures of a matte black iPhone 7 that had arrived in a extra-crispy condition.
According to the post, ‘Something happened between the factory and delivery’. The customer in question contacted their local supplier and were given a replacement in no time. Apple have not responded yet, and this appears to be an isolated incident. Let’s hope that Apple doesn’t need to issue the same recall that Samsung had to.
