Stationery & It’s Relationship To Work

0

There are many ways too skin a cat. People have different techniques to get things done. The things I am referring to are the tasks that form part of your responsibilities that are found in your employment contract. Whether it be taking messages and diverting phone calls, taking minutes at meetings or communicating to the relevant stakeholders. It is specific but this all leads to the business being able to operate efficiently and making a profit potentially.

I believe that there are 3 types of workers: The first types of worker are those that make notes on paper with a pen, others who use electronic means and then thirdly the type that believe that they can remember everything. Think about your colleagues and I am sure that you can identify these in your office.

So, what do most people use to keep a form of control on their tasks? Lists are the most widely used and others use spreadsheets. But you need stationery to be able to function properly. The stationery is the paper, pens, calendars, envelopes and various other products needed by your staff. I also believe that a staff member needs to be in control of stationery otherwise it can become a costly and cumbersome process.
