Curling up in bed on a cold night to catch up on series or movies is a great way to relax. More and more people are favouring watching media on their laptops in bed, rather than spend money on a TV for their bedrooms. One problem with trying to watch movies or series on a laptop in bed is that it can sometimes get quite challenging to get your laptop in the perfect position.
That’s why we tracked down this video showing you how to build your own tablet/laptop stand in a few simple steps
What you’ll need:
- Two sturdy pieces of wood that are of equal size
- Two steel flanges
- a pipe that fits neatly into the flanges
To cut the groove, use a circular saw or table saw set to 25 degrees. You’ll also need a drill to screw the flanges into place. Sanding the wood will be easy if you have an orbital or disc sander, but sanding by hand will work if you don’t own a sander.
