Pokemon GO isn’t the only app that has been climbing to the top of app stores lately. Since Nintendo’s app was released earlier this month it has dominated on iOS and Android, and now apps helping you play Pokemon GO are also joining the top of the charts.
Various apps helping you track-down and capture all those rare Pokemon are now available.
Poke Radar
Poke Radar is a crowd-sourced app which was able to reach the second spot on the App Store only two days after it’s release. The app allows users to log the locations of different Pokemon, and up-vote the different locations as a form of quality control. You can also use the app to search for particular Pokemon and see if their location has been logged. At the time of writing this app is only available for iOS iPhone users.
Pokemon GO Helper
Another crowd-sourced tracker app, this one also occupied the second spot on the Apple App Store just after it’s release. A little less developed than Poke Radar, it also relies on user input to track the different Pokemon and right now it looks a little sparse. This could change in though, as more people start using the game and get interested in other Pokemon Go content.
Pokemon GO has become a global phenomenon after it’s release, quickly becoming the most-popular mobile game in U.S history, as well as skyrocketing Nintendo’s stocks.
