If this doesn’t work try unplugging your phone from the computer and shut down iTunes.

How to fix the iOS 9 battery life problem

One of the biggest draws of the iOS 9 system update is that it significantly boosts the iPhone’s battery life. While most users are seeing an increase in battery life after the update, a few have seen the opposite effect.

If you’re one of the few whose battery life is worse off after the update, don’t panic. Simply wait a few days for the update to take effect. Your battery life should start to improve after a day or two.

The fix is simple enough. Simply hold down the home button and power button to reboot the phone. Once it boots up again the touch screen should be working.

If it doesn’t work after the first reboot you may need to reboot your phone again. Some users have reported that it can take up to three reboots before the touch screen starts working again.

How to fix the iPhone 6S photo quality problem

One of the biggest appeals of the iPhone 6 and 6S are their great 12MP rear cameras. However, certain users have reported that they are experiencing low quality images in low-light settings.

If you’re noticing that your iPhone 6 is taking poor images, first try turning off the Live Photo features that debuted on the iPhone 6. Turning off the Live Photo feature stops the camera from shooting at 12FPS and will instead capture the photo at more optimal settings.
